The short version

Whilst stores your library on your device and in your private iCloud account. No one else — including the developer of Whilst — sees, receives, or has access to your photos, your children's names, or any other content you put into the app.

There is no Whilst server. There is no Whilst account. There is no analytics SDK. There is no advertising partner. There is no third party of any kind.

1. Who we are

This app, Whilst ("Whilst", "the app", "we"), is published by Alexander Tacho ("the developer"). You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.

2. Information Whilst handles

Whilst handles only the content you put into it:

• Photos of artwork captured via camera
• Titles, dates, and tags you optionally add to each artwork.
• Child names and identifiers you create within the app.

What Whilst stores:

The content lives in your iCloud private database (Apple's CloudKit service) under your Apple ID, and is cached on each of your devices in the app's sandboxed storage. Whilst requires iCloud to be enabled. The developer never receives, stores, or has access to any of it. The developer cannot read, copy, transmit, or access any of this content.

3. Information Whilst does NOT collect

These are unconditional. None of the following are collected:
